About TWCR

Building a stronger Tanzania through women who lead with purpose.

Our Story

Born from a Vision, Built by Women

The Tanzania Women CEOs Roundtable was established to address a clear need: a dedicated, high-level space where women leaders across Tanzania’s private and public sectors could come together not just to network, but to advocate, grow, and inspire change.

Registered as a Non-Government Organization by Guarantee under Registration No. 155-788-909, TWCR has grown into one of Tanzania’s most respected platforms for women in executive leadership.
